heartlandbehavior is seeking dedicated individuals to provide in-home ABA services to children with Autism. We offer paid training to help you earn your RBT certification and start making a difference.

This part-time role supports families in home and community settings, with supervision from a clinical team and ongoing professional development opportunities. You will implement evidence-based skill-building programs, collect session data, and contribute to care plans while building trusting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and calmness in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs within the clinical plan.
• Accurately collect and record session data.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
