Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in Bowling Green, North Findlay, and surrounding regions. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, in-home or community-based settings, and opportunities for professional advancement within ABA.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification (or willingness to obtain), a passion for making a difference, and excellent communication with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral part of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
