Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Findlay, Ohio is hiring seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home or community-based ABA programs. You will work one-on-one, applying evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior while joining a supportive clinical team.

All positions start part-time with paid training and Same Day Pay options. RBT certification is required before working; commitment of at least six months is preferred to help

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Paid training is provided for those new to ABA.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
