Heartland Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Iowa. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior under supervision. This role emphasizes flexibility and client-centered care.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
