Heartland Behavior in North Kansas City, MO is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a devoted clinical team on a part-time basis. We require a 6-month commitment to support our clients' goals.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, with flexible hours and access to same-day pay. You'll record session data, implement skill-building plans, and collaborate with BCBA supervision to deliver evidenced-based interventions for

Qualifications

RBT certification required before working.
Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
