Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans as part of a clinical team and maintain detailed session data.

Paid training is provided, with immediate access to earnings through the organization's pay program. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or equivalent, are patient and compassionate, and possess or are willing to obtain RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
