Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations, helping children reach their goals with evidence-based interventions.

We offer part-time roles with flexible scheduling and the ability to access earnings quickly via Same Day Pay. Training is provided to get you ready, and a supportive clinical team assists you in your professional growth within the ABA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
