Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team serving clients in Colorado. This role focuses on one-on-one ABA services, working with children to support independence and positive behavior, with flexible part-time hours.

We provide paid training, a supportive clinical team, and opportunities to gain restricted and unrestricted hours. Candidates should have high school diploma and RBT certification; willingness to learn and compassionate

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
