Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before starting.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm presence are essential.
• A willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Experience with ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be a key part of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.
