Heartland Behavior in Iowa is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home and community settings. This part-time role offers flexibility and immediate start.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, collect session data, collaborate with a clinical team, and help families implement goals. Paid training is provided, with opportunities for advancement through BCBA schooling partnerships.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor are required.
• Ability to record data accurately during sessions.

Responsibilities
