Job summary

Family Outreach in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in clinic, home, and community settings. Under supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst, you will implement individualized treatment plans to build communication and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Travel to various service locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current RBT certification (BACB) required.
• Ability to follow written treatment plans and clinical direction.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA services per LBA treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based teaching and behavior-reduction strategies.
• Collect and graph client data to measure progress toward goals.
• Document client sessions, progress, and observations.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and the ABA team; maintain confidential records.
