Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team delivering one-on-one services in clients' homes and community settings across Iowa. This part-time role offers flexibility, meaningful impact, and the opportunity to accumulate supervised hours toward BCBA licensure.

We provide paid training, a supportive clinical team, and pathways to professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
