Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in Iowa is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team delivering one-on-one services in clients' homes or community locations.

These part-time roles offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow with our clinical team as you support children with autism and help families reach their goals.

Committed candidates will complete RBT certification before working and participate in fellowship and internship options.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required prior to working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and family engagement.
