BK Behavior in Springfield, MO seeks part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a dedicated clinical team providing ABA services at clients' homes or community locations. You will implement skill-building plans, collect session data, and collaborate with families to support meaningful progress for children with Autism.

Ideal candidates are passionate, patient, and able to remain calm in challenging situations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
