Job summary

Woven Care in Colorado Springs is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide one‑on‑one ABA sessions for children with autism and other developmental challenges. You will supervise sessions, implement intervention strategies, and collaborate with BCBAs and therapists to ensure safe, effective care.

The schedule runs Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–4pm, with 30 hours guaranteed. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with match after year one, and paid time off with holidays; tuition assistance

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, or completed 40‑hour training with exam scheduled.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• 18 years or older and able to work Mon‑Fri, 8am–5pm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA sessions with children with autism and related challenges.
• Maintain continuous supervision of your client during sessions.
• Implement approved behavior intervention and crisis management techniques.
• Collaborate daily with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team.
• Track session data and monitor progress with families.
