The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. The Program Manager will supervise and mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with regional teams to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• BCaBA certification or higher required.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
