Licensure or BCaBA certification is required, with potential additional state credentials depending on location. Strong leadership and adherence to clinical standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification required.
• Certification as BCaBA or higher preferred depending on service location.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities to oversee teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
