Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery. The role requires strong clinical judgment and leadership skills to support team development and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Must have active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in ABA.
• Twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state regulations.
