Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or certification as a BCaBA or higher.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in ABA.
• Twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery.
• Coordinate with regional teams for client satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling and approve time off.
• Monitor and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
