Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Program Managers to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery across assigned clients in California.

You will supervise teams, ensure continuity of care, and support professional growth while maintaining PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Key requirements include active state licensure or BCaBA (or higher) and compliance with licensure regulations; additional state credentials may apply based on location.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements or certification as BCaBA or higher.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including e-sign, post-hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
