Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality behavioral service delivery across assigned clients in California.

You will ensure continuity of care while supporting team growth and maintaining compliance with licensure standards. The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.'s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Certification as a BCaBA or higher is required or preferred.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including e-sign, post-hire documents, and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
