The role requires strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership to uphold PBS Corp.’s standards. Responsibilities include overseeing program implementation for clients, coordinating with regional teams, ensuring compliance, managing scheduling, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure per local regulatory requirements.
• BCaBA or higher certification is required or preferred.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure documentation including e-sign, post-hire docs, and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification.
