• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation—E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed on time.
• Mentor and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
