PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee program implementation and ensure high-quality service delivery across assigned clients. The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

You will coordinate with regional teams, manage scheduling, and ensure timely documentation. The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for career growth across full-time and part-time roles.

Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Required Credentials

Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher. Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
