Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager in Pasadena, CA to oversee program implementation, coordinate regional teams, and ensure high standards of service delivery.

The role focuses on leadership, clinical judgment, and adherence to regulatory requirements, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive team environment. Competenze

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification (or higher) is required.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
• Experience in program management in behavioral health is preferred.

Program Managers at PBS Corp. are responsible for overseeing and coordinating high quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the professional growth of their teams. Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Required Credentials

Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher. Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
