PBS Corp. in California is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee service delivery, coordinate regional teams, and maintain high clinical and operational standards.

You will mentor supervisees, ensure compliance with licensure requirements, manage scheduling, and support professional growth within a collaborative, mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on location.

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Required Credentials

Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher. Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
