Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager in Riverside, CA to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery for assigned clients.

You will ensure continuity of care, support staff growth, and uphold clinical and ethical standards across teams. The role requires active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification, strong leadership, and the ability to manage scheduling, documentation, and compliance with company policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulation.
• Certification as BCaBA or higher is preferred.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required based on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Required Credentials

Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher. Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
