Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery across assigned clients in a dynamic healthcare support environment.

You will ensure continuity of care, support professional growth of teams, and uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and BCaBA requirements.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Required Credentials

Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher. Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
