You will lead regional teams, ensure compliance with licensure and BCaBA standards, and mentor supervisees while managing scheduling and documentation.

Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Required Credentials

Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher. Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
