PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager in California to oversee and coordinate high-quality ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting professional growth of teams.

The role requires active licensure or BCaBA or higher, a Bachelor's degree with ABA coursework, and supervisory ABA experience; state-specific credentials may be needed based on location. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay are offered along with growth opportunities.

Program Manager Role

Program Managers at PBS Corp. are responsible for overseeing and coordinating high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the professional growth of their teams. Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged to apply!

Required Credentials

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.
• Bachelor's degree, twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, and one year of experience in a supervisory ABA role, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.

Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
