PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and staff development. The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards.

Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply. The position involves overseeing program implementation, coordinating with regional teams, and maintaining compliance with licensure and company policies.

Competenze

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree and 12 ABA units required.
• At least 1 year supervisory ABA experience.

Program Manager Role

Program Managers at PBS Corp. are responsible for overseeing and coordinating high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the professional growth of their teams. Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged to apply!

Required Credentials

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.
• Bachelor's degree, twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, and one year of experience in a supervisory ABA role, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.

Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
