Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients in California.

You will coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and high client satisfaction while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies. The role requires active licensure or BCaBA certification, and may involve state-specific credentialing.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
