PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery across assigned clients. The role emphasizes maintaining clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.'s standards of excellence.

The position requires active state licensure or BCaBA certification plus region-specific credentials as needed to support service locations. You will lead regional teams, ensure compliance, and contribute to staff development.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain BCaBA or higher certification.
• Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Required Credentials
