Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high‑quality service delivery for assigned clients, ensuring continuity of care and supporting the professional growth of teams.

Ideal candidates hold active state licensure and BCaBA or higher certification, with additional state credentials as required by service location. You will guide program implementation, coordinate regional teams, and ensure compliance with licensure and company standards.

• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Required Credentials

Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher. Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
