• Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Must maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on the service location.

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
