Job summary

Therapy Smarts Inc. in Durham/Chapel Hill, NC seeks an ABA Program Director to oversee clinic operations and ensure high-quality service delivery for children and families. You will lead program development, supervise ABA professionals, and drive improvements in client outcomes within a collaborative, supportive setting.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, supervision, and ongoing staff development, with a focus on scalable operations and strong community partnerships.

Qualifications

• BCBA/QBA certification with at least 6 years post-certification experience.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Extensive ABA experience with evidence-based practices.
• Proven experience supervising ABA professionals and scaling operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the agency’s operations, including program development, staff supervision, and client services.
• Supervise and mentor a team of ABA professionals, providing guidance on best practices and professional development.
• Conduct behavior assessments and facilitate behavior programs based on ABA principles.
• Facilitate parent training and support families during engagement with Therapy Smarts Inc.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, ethical standards, and quality assurance.
• Develop strategic initiatives to scale services and improve client outcomes.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work culture with mentorship opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
• Conduct Functional Assessments/Analyses when clinically warranted.
• Cover sessions in case of emergency.
