Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks dedicated RBTs to join our team for in-home ABA services in the Kansas City area. Positions are part-time with a six-month commitment, offering flexible hours and the chance to gain valuable experience in applied behavior analysis.

We provide Same Day Pay and pathways for professional advancement through BCBA supervision and ongoing training. Join a supportive clinical team focused on client outcomes and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
