Heartland ABA is seeking a Developmental Support RBT to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in Kansas City, MO. This part-time role emphasizes flexibility, mentorship, and professional growth within a supportive clinical team.

Qualified candidates have a High school diploma or equivalent, RBT certification, and a genuine desire to help children with Autism. Training is provided; strong patience and compassion are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
