Qualifications

• Experience with ABA and data collection for student goals.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• SafetyCare or comparable de-escalation training preferred.
• Assist with self-care tasks and crisis procedures as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implements lessons with accommodations and modifications as directed.
• Implements interventions and de-escalation strategies for behavioral issues.
• Collects and records behavioral, social, academic data per goals.
• Communicates and collaborates with staff to support student success.
• Assists students with daily living activities to participate in school.
• Implements positive behavior support plans and tracks progress.
• Supervises non-instructional areas and supports daily routines.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors.
