Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Paraprofessional to support students in Pomona and Diamond Bar, CA. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities and focuses on behavioral support using ABA-based strategies.

You will work closely with a supportive clinical team, with a standard caseload and shifts from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, five days a week, contributing to student success and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of behavioral experience (clinic, in-home, or school-based).
• Experience supporting moderate to severe behaviors required.
• 1+ year of ABA experience (clinic, in-home, or school-based).
• Must be available and flexible to start work between 7:00 am-4:00 pm, 5 days per week between M-F in a standard caseload.
