Job summary

Precision HR Solutions, Inc. is hiring paraprofessionals with ABA experience to support students with special needs in Webster, MA for the 2026/2027 school year. ASAP start with competitive hourly pay.

You will work closely with classroom teachers, behavioral staff, and support professionals to implement individualized instructional and behavioral programs tailored to each student’s needs. Apply if you have ABA experience and are comfortable in a dynamic educational setting.

Qualifications

• Candidates with ABA experience and ASAP start are encouraged to apply.
• Experience implementing ABA strategies or working in ABA-based settings is preferred.
• Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental needs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and behavioral staff in implementing individualized instructional and behavioral programs.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support.
• Implement ABA-based strategies and behavior intervention techniques as directed by the team.
• Assist students in developing communication, social, emotional, academic, and living skills.
