Job summary

Comprehensive Behavior Supports (CBS) is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations. No prior experience is required, and a 6-month commitment is encouraged as you train and grow within the role.

We offer after-school hours with additional weekend opportunities, and programs to support certification and education in ABA. This entry point into psychology emphasizes real-world experience and flexible scheduling for students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• All positions start off part-time.
• Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Typical Schedule: after-school hours during the week, additional hours available on the weekends
