Job summary

BK Healthcare Management, based in Lakewood Township, NJ, seeks a entry-level Behavior Technician to join our ABA services for children with Autism. No prior experience required; training and supervision are provided.

You’ll support clients in home and community settings, recording progress and collaborating with families and the clinical team. Part-time positions with the BK Academy training program and flexible scheduling, including after-school hours and weekends, offer a meaningful entry

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Typical Schedule: after-school hours during the week, additional hours available on the weekends
