Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients' homes or community settings. Roles start part-time with flexible afternoon or evening hours, and no prior experience is required.

You will work as part of a clinical team, record session data, and collaborate with families to support dependent skill development and positive behavior change. Paid training is provided and Same Day Pay is available.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation and reliable to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
