Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. No prior experience required; paid training is provided, and part-time schedules are emphasized to fit student or caregiver commitments.

You will join a clinical team, record session data, and collaborate with families to support independence and positive behavior. The role offers flexible hours, afternoon/evening options, and opportunities to grow in the ABA

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
