What We Do

Elevated Kids is a family-focused, collaborative team of professionals specializing in the most effective developmental and behavioral support available for toddlers and young children diagnosed with Autism. Our therapy is designed to be implemented in the child's natural setting, targeting developmentally-appropriate skills with parent coaching and family involvement. All services are provided in the natural environment, including home and preschool, tailored to each child's and family's needs.

Job Description

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and eager-to-learn ABA-NDBI Therapist passionate about early childhood development and teaching through play! The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood development, developmental delays, ABA, and Autism, and is ready to join our growing team to provide high-quality, effective care. This is a unique opportunity to work with an experienced and rapidly growing team utilizing best practice intervention in early Autism treatment.

General Responsibilities
  • Work closely with a BCBA to implement developmental behavioral intervention using ABA Therapy.
  • Implement direct ABA-NDBI therapy with children and families in natural settings.
  • Support and model NDBI strategies to caregivers and teachers during routines.
  • Collect and organize data to inform decisions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field (Required)
  • Master's Degree or pursuing in relevant field (Preferred)
  • At least 1 year of ABA therapy experience
  • Experience working with children aged 0-6 diagnosed with Autism
  • Knowledge in child development and delays
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for high-quality intervention for young children with Autism
