Job summary

Heartland ABA in Hutchinson, KS is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism. Services occur in clients' homes or community sites, with schedules that often include afternoon/evening hours.

No ABA experience is required as comprehensive paid training is provided. The role offers part-time hours, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling, plus Same Day Pay for added financial flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• No prior ABA experience needed; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment effectiveness.
