Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas is hiring Behavioral Mentors to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans under supervision and help families.

Positions are part-time, about 20 hours/week, with paid training and no prior experience required. The role suits Education or related fields and offers flexible afternoon/evening hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
