Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks enthusiastic RBTs to join our clinical team. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, implementing skill-building and care plans with fidelity and compassion. You will record data and collaborate with families to support progress.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required prior to working with clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Strong patience and empathy for children with autism.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community locations.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
