Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas seeks dedicated staff to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans under supervision, track progress with data collection, and support families in the treatment process.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; this is an excellent entry point into behavioral health and education fields for part-time roles with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community locations.
• All positions start part time and require the 40-hour RBT course.
• Minimum 6-month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
